MAA operates under the Access Consultants Association (ACA) Code of Ethics.

Members of the ACA shall:
1. In all aspects of their business practice, refrain from any conduct or action, which may tarnish the image of the profession to which they belong or detract from the reputation of the ACA, its members or Management Committee;
2. Not breach public trust or breach the specific trust of their clients and employers by observance of accepted norms of fidelity, confidentiality and integrity in all their professional decisions and actions;
3. Refrain from any conduct or action in their professional role that is anti-competitive or unconscionable; and
4. Conduct business according to best practice and ensure that information provided to the public is accurate and true.
