Project procurement management is the creation of relationships suppliers for goods and services needed to complete a project. This process is comprised of five steps, including initiating and planning, selecting, contract writing, monitoring, and closing and completing.

Whilst it is highly unlikely that MAA will be required to tender for sub-contractor works, there might be times when we need to procure quantity surveying services to cost any rectification works.
